The Wurlitzer Pianino was first introduced around 1902 and was continually in production until about 1930, making the Pianino the coin piano with the longest production run of any manufacturer. This model was made in 1927, featuring a walnut cabinet and floral art glass motiff.
The instrument features a 44 note piano with mandolin attachment accompanied by 21 violin pipes, 21 flute pipes, 21 note reiterating xylophone, and snare drum.
In 2019, it visited our shop before going to its current home. At that time the pump, xylophone, and pipe chest were restored while other mechanisms were thoroughly inspected and refreshed. It was at this time that the snare drum was added.
Cabinet is approximately 36 inches wide by 25 inches deep by 60 inches tall. Purchase includes three 10 tune Pianino rolls. Please contact us for additional information.
